THE BIRTH OF A LEGENDARY MAISON

The name of the house is inspired by the creative heritage and history of Champagne and of Dom Pierre Pérignon , a young Benedictine monk who in 1668 was appointed cellar master of the Abbey of Hautvillers, overlooking the vineyards of the Champagne region .
His passion for winemaking excellence drove him to want to create the "best wine in the world" to serve his community and the glory of God.

DOM PÉRIGNON CHAMPAGNE: EXCELLENCE WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Dom Pérignon is only rare and vintage. Each bottle is an authentic act of creation, obtained from the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes of a single harvest, in percentages that vary from one year to the next.

To greet this vintage, the Maison has called in a designer who knows a thing or two about metamorphosis: Dutch, born in 1984, Iris Van Herpen designed the limited edition look of the bottles completed years ago, which she accompanies with a sculpture.

2004 was an amazing vintage which will be proposed again in the future in the Plenitude 2 version.
