It was a day like many others, a morning like any other, when two Neapolitan pastry chefs employed in the production of various baked confectionery products in an industrial laboratory in the province of Cosenza together with the owner RITA (my grandmother) created this legendary recipe which for over 40 years excites and exalts the palates of all of us!
Our pastiera is characterized by the use of high quality wheat and flavourings, which gives it a unique flavor and an irresistible aroma.
We are proud to use only ingredients without preservatives, to guarantee maximum freshness and the authentic taste of tradition. However, it is important to note that our dessert contains milk, therefore, for those who are lactose intolerant, caution is advised.
